You may request a refund prior to shipment, however, once shipped we will only exchange goods. You may request an exchange for an alternative item of similar value or store credit.
If you would like to exchange an item please contact us (email@example.com) as soon as possible so as we can action your exchange and ship out a replacement. All exchanges must be sent back to us within 60 days of you having received the item. We won't accept exchanges beyond this point.
All items that require exchange must be unworn (trying clothes on is not considered worn) and unwashed with original tags. All items include a 60 day quality guarantee whereby if the goods fail within the first month they will be replaced at no additional cost. Faulty items must be a result of manufacturing and not excessive wear and tear. If your item is damaged on delivery or fails within 60 days please contact us. Damaged items do not need to be sent back and in most cases a photo will suffice.
To avoid delays please provide a photo showing the issue you are experiencing. Please keep
photos under 500kb to avoid them being rejected by our server.
As clearance items are limited and low value they are not eligible for exchange or refund.
Gift Certificates/Gift Cards
Once your transaction is complete our Gift Certificates are automatically emailed to your nominated email address in pdf format. You may print these out or email them to the intended recipient. Once issued these are unable to be refunded so please choose carefully.
